Snowboarding is only available a few good months out of the year. Who wants to be left out in the cold without a board? We have all been there, stuck in some situation where we sent in a product for warranty and don’t see it for ages. EPIX Snowboards guarantee will not do you wrong. We want our customers to ride as many days as possible. Let us help you!

We warranty our product one year from the date of purchase. If you believe your EPIX product has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact your authorized dealer, or e-mail us at; warranty@epixsnowboards.com. If a product is found defective by us, the company’s liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.

Once we receive and warranty the product EPIX Snowboards will take care of shipping it back to you. The warranty process takes 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your product, unless otherwise notified.
